For electronic keypad locks with the support of SmarterAccess BOT add-on module, Folksy is the Companion App that: (a) provides the user interface to the much simplified and greatly automated setup and initial code programming process; (b) automates the user code life cycle management and record keeping; (c) enables one-press keypad unlock without holding the phone or taps into the App; (d) allows kids or folks who dont use the Folksy app to be added by the owner as an "Affiliate User," while the owners Folksy App session manages affiliate users code life cycles on their behalf; (e) facilitates remotely assigning/retiring user codes to guests without sending the code itself through communication channels, or the cloud. Owner doesnt need to reprogram the code each and every time.
